Type 5 words in an email and i get the spinning wheel. I am having the same problem in Outlook 2011. Please pardon our dust as we work behind the scenes to make improvements to the community. Nobody else is reporting this issue (only the two users). He could open my email, but could not open the identical email without problems. I sent an email to one of the users, and had and identical email sent from the user they are having problems with. The longer the email is, the longer it takes for Outlook to respond. The problem with this fix is that Outlook Instant Search is disabled when running as administrator, so I can't use this fix. Instead of freezing, Outlook asks for my permission to use my digital signature.
